Vegetable Seasoning

This vegetable seasoning recipe is a blend of dried herbs and spices that will turn ordinary vegetables into an extraordinary treat. It is a mixture of some of our favorite herbs and spices and sure to bring out the flavor of any meal. It is amazing all the herbs and spices that basil complements. This is our mixture. Let us know how you combine these ingredients to come up with your favorite seasoning.


  • 8 Tablespoons dried parsley
  • 4 Tablespoons dried chives
  • 2 Tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds


Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to six months. Shake well before using.

Sprinkle on fresh vegatables before or after cooking. Perfect for oven roasted vegetables or for making grilled veggie pouches. Just place your vegetable medley in a foil pouch, sprinkle with seasoning mix, seal the pouch tightly and grill until desired crispness.
