In summer when you want to eat a little lighter, it's common to have a fresh salad for dinner. Use the fresh parsley and basil you grow in your herb garden (or pick some up at your local farmers' market) and top that summer salad with this vibrant and flavorful basil dressing.
Don't, however, save this only for summer dining. This is a great anytime salad dressing!
