Ingredients
2 to 4 chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
Chopped fresh basil (optional)
Cracked pepper
Olive oil or cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Drizzle a little olive oil (or use cooking spray) in a deep dish. Tossed in a few raw chicken breasts and top them with Del Monte (or similar) Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano.
Add some chopped fresh basil and cracked pepper.
Pop in the oven for 30 minutes, and voila! That’s it! You don’t need to cover it or anything. Yum!
