Ingredients
Tomatoes cubed (about 6-8 Roma tomatoes work best)
1-2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbl. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
10-12 fresh basil leaves cut into small pieces
1 baguette (French bread)
Directions
Toast baguette slices in a 350 degree oven for 10 min. Mix tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and pepper - toss with olive oil and vinegar. Serve immediately on the toast.
