Lime Basil has a delightful flavor delicate enough to add pizzas to deserts like vanilla ice-cream yet strong enough to enhance baked eggplant. I especially like it raw. When adding it to cooked foods, wait till the cooking is completed. I've sprinkled it on cooked eggs. I've not yet tried making it into pesto, but that sounds mmm, mmm, good.
