Wilted Basil



We just bought it home from the nursery and it looks like it is dying. One branch actually wilted completely. I haven't watered it. Help!!!

Possible Causes for Basil Wilting

Basil likes to be damp but not saturated. Check to see if the pot is too wet or too dry. Also, do you have it in direct sunlight on a window sill and has it been particularly hot? Pull it out as you might be "over-sunning" it. So, make sure the soil is moist and make sure that you are not frying it with too much sun. Hope that help!
