Heat olive oil to @140 degrees. Steep liberal amounds of garlic cloves, SPICY GLOBE BASIL, onion chives (and garlic chives if you wish) and Greek Oregano. Steeping should take @20 minutes. Herbs should bubble slightly, but not fry hard.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Fill bottle with more fresh herbs and garlic(if desired) and fill with oil.
PS: The steeped herbs and garlic can be emulsified with softened butter or margarine to make an incredible cooking butter. I just roll it up into a tube in wax paper, refrigerate and slice off as needed.
